on the sacred Mediterranean energy spot in the middle of Ibiza.
The ritual and trance journey is guided by the shaman Akoo
11:00 am to 2:00 pm : Cleansing, healing and activation ritual.
1. collecting healing herbs,
2. preparing the healing and cleansing herbal compositions,
3. collective cleansing with the prepared herbal compositions ( shower),
4. sacred earth walking (bar feet) and sun meditation
2:00 pm to 8:00 pm : harmonization with the sun system
with Tibetan singing bowls,
5. listening, relaxation and chill out,
eating and individual talks with the shaman.
from dusk till dawn in the next morning
6. healing and cleansing with herbs and through singing , dancing and music rituals ( bring your drum or rattle if you have one )
try to stay awake and conscious and don´t mind if you fall asleep
during the night, the ritual will work for you also in your dreams.
afterwards:
7. sunrise meditation
meeting point: 10:00 am in the front of the church of Santa Gertrudis.
please don’t take heavy food, alcohol and chemical drugs during the day and the ritual
light food with fruits and to drink will be served
contribution towards expenses : 60 €
please bring a blanket and a towel.
please note :
If you have serious heals problems with for instance over activity then please tell us in front cause we may have to organize some special herbs for you which do not grow on the spot in big quantities.
